Job summary

Cargill is hiring a Production Worker in the United States. You will operate production or warehouse machines, adjust setups, and help maximize throughput while following food safety and regulatory policies.

This full-time position features rotational 12-hour shifts and may require lifting up to 50 lbs, OT on weekends and holidays. Training provided; apply via our recruiting portal.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Basic use of a computer and willingness to work in varied conditions.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in production/manufacturing and with forklifts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished product following prescribed procedures.
• Operate computer-controlled or mechanical equipment and monitor quality.
• Perform changeovers and machine set-ups as required.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and assist with safety practices.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment; participate in continuous improvement.
