Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with PPE.
  • Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, climbing, and twisting; overtime possible.

Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment and technology across the facility (mixers, batching, mills, grinders, packing, weighing).
  • Collect product samples and monitor tank levels; input data into computer systems.
  • Manufacture products to meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment.
  • Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
