Harris Ranch Beef Company is seeking an evening warehouse clerk to support shipping and loading operations in the San Joaquin Valley facility. You will create schedules, prepare driver paperwork for dispatch, and coordinate pickups with internal trucks and external carriers.

The role requires strong computer skills, experience with Excel, Word, Paycom, and a warehouse management system, plus the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills; experience with Excel, Word, Paycom, and WMS systems.
• Interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with Sales, Export and Production.
• Ability to work independently and report as needed.

Responsabilités

• Create shipping and loading schedules for night crew and drivers.
• Generate paperwork and driver packages for dispatching loads.
• Schedule orders for pickup at outside storage with Harris trucks or carriers.
• Update Excel spreadsheets for management analysis.
• Answer phones and assist other departments.
• Other duties as required.
