Harris Ranch Beef Company in Selma, CA is seeking a Shipping Clerk to create and manage night shift shipping and loading schedules. You will prepare driver packages, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate paperwork for dispatch.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, good communication, and willingness to work Sundays through Thursdays with possible overtime. This on-site position offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Excel, Word and Paycom.
• Interpersonal skills to work with Sales and Export teams.
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 2:00PM–10:30PM; overtime may apply.
• This position is subject to E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Create shipping and loading schedules for night crew picking and shipping operations.
• Create picks for builders and loading schedules for loaders and assist when help is needed.
• Generate all paperwork and complete driver packages to be ready for dispatching of loads.
• Schedule orders for pickup at outside cold storage by Harris trucks and outside carriers.
• Update various Excel spreadsheets for management analysis.
• Answer phones and assist other department requests as needed.
• Other duties as required.
