Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a Shipping/Warehouse Associate in Lindon, Utah. You will manage all aspects of shipping products on time, and position items in staging areas for inspection, packing, and loading onto trucks.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 3 years shipping/warehouse experience, ability to create bills of landing, and readiness to work overtime. Forklift experience is preferred. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Place all products in correct staging lane.

• Adhere to policies, QA programs, and safety standards.
• Schedule LTLs for timely pickups.

A little about the position:

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for all aspects of shipping product on time as well as placing product in staging area for inspection, packaging, and loading onto trucks.

Some of What You Will Do:

• Place all products in correct staging lane.
• Package product appropriately utilizing Latham Pool Products packaging standards.
• Assist in stacking product from production department to staging area.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Adheres to company policies, quality assurance programs, procedures, and safety standards.
• Other assignments as assigned by Manager.
• Schedule LTL’s for timely pick ups

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

• Must have high school diploma or GED with 3 years shipping and warehouse experience.
• Experience creating bills of landing.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Data entry skills with great attention to detail.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting.
• Team player with the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, generate reports as requested, and set and reach goals while meeting deadlines.
• Forklift license or ability to drive a forklift and attain a license quickly.

Salary Range: $20.18-$23.96

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.

Bonus: Discretionary year-end
