Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Packer/Shipping Associate to support shipping and receiving, moving finished goods to staging lanes, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work with the Shipping & Receiving team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of every shipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years in shipping/warehouse, ability to lift heavy loads, and a current forklift license or ability to obtain one promptly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are packaged in accordance with Latham Pool Products' packaging standards.
• Move finished goods from the production department to storage and designated staging areas.
• Assist with international shipping arrangements and required documentation.
• Support the receiving and processing of incoming goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies, quality assurance programs, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Summary

A little about the position: The Packing Clerk / Shipping Assistant supports all aspects of the shipping and receiving process to help ensure products are shipped accurately and on time. Working closely with the Shipping & Receiving team, this position coordinates the movement of finished goods to designated staging lanes for inspection, packaging, and loading and assists with the receipt of incoming goods.
