The role requires shipping experience, strong data entry, and customer interaction via phone and email. You will prepare documents, coordinate freight, and ensure timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to work overtime and Sundays as needed. This is an in-person position located in Orangeburg, NY.

• Perform other duties as needed to support the department and company.
• Work overtime and Sundays as required.

• Interaction with various department employees, customers, and carriers to ensure smooth coordination of shipments and or rectify problems, such as damage, shortages and late/missing deliveries.
• Follow established departmental policies, procedures and objectives, and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and the company
• Available to work overtime and Sundays as needed.
