Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to handle international shipments, documentation, and logistics support. This role requires experience with SAP, AES filing, and a strong understanding of international shipping processes. If you have excellent organizational skills and a background in shipping, this position offers a great opportunity to join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Preparing and processing international shipments, including completing all required documentation.
• Weighing shipments accurately to ensure compliance with shipping standards.
• Creating and verifying Bills of Lading.
• Utilizing SAP for shipment tracking and data entry.
• Completing AES filing and issuing Shipper's Letters of Instruction as needed.
• Communicating effectively over the phone with internal teams, customers, and shipping partners.
• Performing metric calculations to confirm shipment weight, dimensions, and other specifications.

Skills / Qualifications :

• Experience in international shipping procedures and compliance.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
