Talentify is seeking an experienced Shipping Associate to pick, pack, and prepare shipments in our Athens, GA warehouse. You will cut materials to size, generate labels, and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery. The role uses LN 10.7 ERP and WMS tools, while operating forklifts and handling up to 75 pounds daily.

The position is contract-to-hire, with a stable day shift Mon–Fri in a fully onsite setting. Benefits include health and dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience picking and packing orders in a shipping or warehouse environment.
• Hands-on shipping and receiving experience, including preparing shipments and coordinating with carriers.
• Ability to lift and safely handle materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Proficiency using ERP System LN 10.7 or similar ERP.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Basic forklift operating skills and comfort working around warehouse equipment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office for email communication and basic documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude to address minor process or equipment issues.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when cutting material, packing orders, and preparing shipping labels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a fast-paced shipping environment.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
