Job summary

Diamondback Firearms is seeking a Shipping Associate to ensure proper receipt and placement/storage of materials throughout the warehouse and shop. You will read serial numbers, memorize models, and pack orders with accurate outbound documentation.

The role requires at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, tool use, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Background checks and ATF firearm possession compliance apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with hand and power tools.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Read and record serial numbers from firearms
• Memorize all models and specifications
• Pack orders following proper instructions and verify all relevant information of outbound shipments
• Load and unload trucks
• Provide communication to management when daily tasks cannot be accomplished in a regular workday
• Provide back-up for all shipping/receiving function
• Undergo training in all areas of the warehouse (Shipping, Receiving, and OSP)
• Maintain overall appearance, cleanliness, neatness, etc. in shipping/receiving area
• Operate power equipment in a safe and efficient way (forklift & pallet jack)

Position Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience
• At least 1 year of experience working with hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift Certified

• Able to work evenings and some holidays, and overtime when needed

HOURS

• 1st shift position
• Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Friday - overtime as needed

Special Requirements

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
