Job Location: 6020 W BROAD ST - RICHMOND, VA 23230

Salary Range: $13.00 - $17.00 Hourly

At Freedom Outdoors, the Warehouse Associate plays an important role in keeping our store operations running smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team member who takes pride in maintaining an accurate and well-organized warehouse.

This position is responsible for receiving and processing shipments, preparing outgoing orders and transfers, organizing and maintaining inventory, merchandising products, and supporting the sales floor as needed. The Warehouse Associate will work with firearms, ammunition, and related accessories, making accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail especially important.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, follow established procedures, and communicate effectively with the rest of the team. This role requires strict adherence to company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Freedom Outdoors' safety and inventory-control procedures.

The Warehouse Associate is an essential part of ensuring that products are properly received, stored, tracked, and made available to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.

• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and follow all company safety procedures and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the handling, storage, and transfer of firearms and ammunition.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
