Diamondback Firearms, LLC is seeking a Shipping Associate to ensure proper receipt, storage, and handling of materials in our warehouse and shop. The role emphasizes accurate serial number documentation, model knowledge, and safe packing of outbound shipments.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Read and record serial numbers from firearms.
• Memorize all models and specifications.
• Pack orders following proper instructions and verify all relevant information of outbound shipments.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Provide communication to management when daily tasks cannot be accomplished in a regular workday.
• Provide back-up for all shipping/receiving function.
• Undergo training in all areas of the warehouse (Shipping, Receiving, and OSP).
• Maintain overall appearance, cleanliness, neatness, etc. in shipping/receiving area.
• Operate power equipment in a safe and efficient way (forklift & pallet jack).

JOB TITLE: Shipping Associate

JOB SUMMARY

This Shipping Associate will be responsible for ensuring proper receipt and placement/storage of materials throughout the warehouse and shop.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience
• At least 1 year of experience working with hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

CORE DUTIES

HOURS

• 1st shift position
• Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Friday - overtime as needed

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen.? Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
