Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Shipping Associate in Ruston, LA. You will assist with receiving shipments, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining an organized warehouse to ensure efficient operations. The position offers multiple shifts and hourly pay between $17.00 and $25.00.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Prior experience with WMS or forklift certification is a plus.

• Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Shipping Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
