Job summary

Staffmark Group in Ruston, LA is hiring for a Warehouse Labor position to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will pull, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery, operate forklifts, and help ensure safe, accurate operations.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED; a valid Chauffeur's License is required, and forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read and follow delivery documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pull, verify, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery and pickup.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely.
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory for efficient warehouse operations.
• Deliver parts and materials to customer locations using a company vehicle.
• Maintain delivery records, obtain customer signatures, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and customer interactions.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am to 4pm

Looking for Warehouse Labor jobs in Ruston where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Responsible for pulling, staging, and preparing customer orders for delivery and pickup while maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Operates warehouse equipment, assists with inventory activities, and safely delivers parts and materials to customers using a company vehicle. Requires excellent customer service skills and a valid Chauffeur's License.

This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Valid Chauffeur's License with an acceptable driving record required.
• Experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and customer deliveries is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and communication skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Capable of loading and unloading products safely.
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and outdoor environments.
