Job summary

Staffmark Group in Hagerstown, MD is hiring a Shipping Associate for 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 7 AM–5 PM) or 3rd shift (Mon–Wed, 7 PM–7 AM). Pay rate is $19.50-$20.50 per hour.

You will receive inbound shipments, pick and pack, process orders, and maintain an organized warehouse while following safety procedures. Education: high school diploma or GED preferred; forklift/pallet jack experience required; strong attendance and teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• 6 months of electric pallet jack or stand up forklift experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products from shelves and place in boxes or totes along conveyor belt.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Participate in all scheduled physical inventories.
• Perform basic housekeeping in assigned areas of the warehouse.
• Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
