Job summary

LHH is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory operations. This hands-on leadership role drives efficiency, maintains inventory accuracy, ensures on-time shipments, and develops a high-performing team.

You will oversee safety, compliance, and training, track KPIs, coordinate with internal teams and carriers, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations.
• Experience with inventory management and ERP systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation.
