Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage shipping, receiving, inventory control, and freight coordination
• Oversee a team of about 10 (2 coordinators, 8 warehouse staff), driving productivity and accountability
• Manage inventory accuracy and execute an effective cycle count program
• Work within an ERP system (SAP preferred) to support daily operations
• Partner closely with Production, Sales, and Engineering to support business needs
• Foster a positive, respectful, and performance‑driven culture

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience (Supervisor, Lead, or Manager) with exposure to managing teams
• Strong inventory management and cycle count experience
• Accountability‑driven leader with a coaching and mentoring mindset
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and cross‑functional partners

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (Oracle, Microsoft, etc.)

Schedule: 6:00am–3:00pm or 7:00am–4:00pm

Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 base + 10% bonus
