Job summary

Lionheart Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Lead for its warehouse in Utah. The role oversees receiving, shipping, inventory control, and logistics optimization.

You will ensure accurate documentation of weights, batch and lot numbers, and quality checks while maintaining clean, compliant work areas. The position requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs, and following SOPs and instructions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to perform job duties.
• Identify and help solve problems to improve performance.
• Document weights, batch numbers, lot numbers and quality checks.
• Clean machinery, room and auxiliary equipment during cleanups.
• Adhere to cGMP standards (no fake nails, limited jewelry, footwear rules).
• Perform simple MRP transactions.
• Manage shipping and receiving.
• Manage warehouse inventory and cleanliness.
• Assist in production areas when needed.

Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Lead

Department: Warehouse

Job Purpose: Manage warehouse receiving, shipping, inventory, optimize logistics for efficiency

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs to perform job.
• Identify and help solve problems to improve performance.
• Documenting weights, batch numbers, lot numbers, and quality checks.
• Cleans machinery, room, and all auxiliary machinery during full, partial, and back-to-back cleanups.
• Adherence to all cGMP’s. this includes having no fake nails, fake eyelashes, wearing close-toed and close heeled shoes, no jewelry, etc.
• Perform simple MRP transactions.
• Manage shipping and receiving.
• Manage warehouse inventory and cleanliness.
• Help in production areas as needed.
• Other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a Warehouse setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Basic mathematical understanding
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and/or written instructions such as work instructions and SOPs.

Working Conditions: 40 hours per week (primarily 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday), Occasionally needing to lift 50-100 lbs, Ability to wear personal protective equipment.
