Job summary

Aapstaff is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to support day-to-day operations in Coppell, TX. You will help manage inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and logistics while maintaining a safe, organized environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in warehouse settings with leadership experience and the ability to operate forklifts and related equipment. Schedule is flexible with possible weekend work; compensation ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily warehouse activities and workflow.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and properly process incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for outbound shipping.
• Verify orders and shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Help organize warehouse space and maintain proper product placement.
• Assist with resolving inventory, shipping, receiving, and order discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to support timely and accurate deliveries.
• Help ensure daily priorities and production/shipping requirements are completed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Communicate issues, delays, inventory concerns, or other operational problems to management promptly.

Position Summary

• Ability to take initiative and assist in keeping warehouse operations on schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform other physical warehouse duties.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Must be able to safely operate required warehouse equipment.

Compensation & Benefits

• This position pays $22.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with the potential for overtime.
