Job summary

TKO StaffPros, LLC is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Lead to oversee daily operations in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on coordinating workflow, leading team members, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records to ensure orders are processed safely and efficiently.

You will supervise the shipping/receiving team, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, inspect materials, and prepare documentation while keeping systems up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations.
• Leadership experience or prior supervision preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and lift/move materials.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist shipping and receiving team members with daily operations.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Prepare products and materials for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Assign daily tasks and help ensure production and shipping deadlines are met.
• Communicate with supervisors, warehouse personnel, carriers, and other departments.
• Identify and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Ensure materials are properly stored and organized.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
