Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a warehouse/purchasing associate based in Roswell, GA, with transition to the Doraville facility. The role involves receiving POs, processing forms, managing shipments, and maintaining inventory integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include material receipt, logging in NxGen, coordinating with service managers, and occasional field deliveries. A high school diploma, 1–5 years of purchasing/inventory experience, and a valid driver’s license are

• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lb.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with technicians, office staff, and dispatchers are required.
• Excellent computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive PO’s – Service.
• Order Job Specific Forms.
• Facility Maintenance.
• Ship and receive material daily.
• Keep warehouse organized.
• Maintains all shipping and receipts logs.
• Notify Truck based Service Managers and Mechanics that Job Cost project materials have arrived.
• Confirm received materials in NxGen.
• Reconciliation of material from Job Cost and Customer credit returns.
• Coordinates all RMA requests, processes and credits for Warranty, or Repair material.
• Maintain all hard copy paper flows to validate that transfers are accounted for properly within NxGen.
• Maintain & monitor inventory integrity.
• Occasionally deliver parts and materials to the field.
• Perform other duties as directed

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23-$32Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
