Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Receiving Clerk in City Of Industry, CA, to receive and verify shipments against POs and BOLs, ensuring accurate inventory records. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience and are proficient with Excel and Word. Weekly pay and benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Food industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of purchase orders (POs) and bills of lading (BOLs).
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily incoming shipments and verify accuracy against POs and BOLs.
• Verify picked orders and loaded shipments for accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Receive and process donated products delivered to the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records.
• Communicate discrepancies and inventory issues to management.
• Utilize Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse support activities as needed.
