Job summary

Epsilon-Industries- is seeking a Shipper and Receiver Coordinator to manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials and equipment, and maintaining precise documentation.

The role requires coordinating with Quality, Production, and Logistics teams; communicating with carriers; reviewing packing lists and shipping documents; and driving process improvements to boost warehouse efficiency and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience.
• Manufacturing/fabrication/project-based environment experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating freight shipments and resolving discrepancies required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials via ERP receipt.
• Review and file documentation before processing materials.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and prepare packing lists and shipping documents.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Logistics to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor receiving/shipping processes.
