Job summary

Epsilon Industries in Tuscaloosa, AL, seeks a Shipper/Receiver to accurately receive, inspect, document, store, stage, and ship materials and equipment. You will help maintain inventory records and support timely movement of materials across the facility.

This fully on-site role begins with a 90-day training period in Tuscaloosa with a $500 per week per diem, after which the position remains on-site at the Oxford facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, construction, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required forklift or equipment certifications.
• Valid driver’s license may be required based on assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, components, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect for damage, discrepancies, or wrong materials.
• Label and store materials in proper locations; maintain organization.
• Prepare shipments and shipping documents; coordinate carriers.
• Maintain safe and orderly receiving, shipping, and inventory areas.
