Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing or construction environments.
• Experience coordinating freight and resolving shipping discrepancies beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process incoming materials electronically (ERP).
• Coordinate outgoing shipments, prepare packing lists, bills of lading, and customs docs for cross-border shipments.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor receiving/shipping activity, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with QA, production, and other teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Support continuous process improvements in logistics workflows.
