Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Tyngsborough, MA to support fast-paced manufacturing operations. The role focuses on inbound/outbound materials, inventory control, and accurate documentation. First shift is 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, four days a week with long weekends, temp-to-hire.

You will work with UPS/FedEx and freight carriers, ensure packing slips match POs, and maintain organized shipping areas while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience receiving materials and verifying packing slips and purchase orders
• Experience preparing, packaging, and documenting outbound shipments
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments is a plus (training available)
• Basic computer skills required
• ERP or inventory transaction experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable work ethic and reliable attendance

Are you an experienced Shipping & Receiving professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and production operations.

This role offers the opportunity to work with both incoming and outgoing materials while playing a key part in keeping operations running efficiently.

Location: Tyngsborough, MA

Schedule: First Shift | Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $22-$26 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
