Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Lynn, MA is seeking a reliable Shipper to handle packing, shipping, and ERP-based inventory tracking. You will process shipments with UPS and FedEx, select shipping methods, label and prepare orders, and update ERP systems to keep shipping data accurate.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 lbs, works well in a fast-paced warehouse, and takes initiative to help where needed. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience using UPS, FedEx, and ERP shipping systems.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist beyond responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software.
• Select the most effective shipping method for outgoing orders.
• Pack, label, and prepare shipments accurately.
• Build and wrap pallets for shipment.
• Enter shipping and tracking information into the ERP system.
• Pick orders and prepare Bills of Lading.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Unload incoming shipments and containers.
• Resolve shipping issues with carriers and customers.
• Assist in other warehouse duties as needed.

Job description

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper with experience using UPS, FedEx, and ERP shipping systems.

This is a hands-on position responsible for packaging, shipping, inventory updates, and shipment tracking. The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and is willing to help wherever needed.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM Start | 4:30 PM End
