Job summary

Aspen Systems in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to support our production team. You will prepare and package finished goods, load/unload shipments, and help maintain orderly inventory.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 30+ lbs, stand for long periods, and proficiency with an ERP system. On-site position with opportunities to contribute across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch.
• Willing and able to work at heights using a mobile staircase.
• ERP system literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Pick appropriate ship kit material according to order.
• Assist in weekly product inventory.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.

Aspen Systems is currently looking for a Shipper/Receiver to join our production team. The right person for this role will be comfortable on their feet and eager to pitch in whenever/wherever extra help is needed.

Objectives of this Role

• Handle materials in a safe and orderly manner


• Assist with the timely fulfillment and delivery of finished products


• Work with team members to meet set goals

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Pack finished product using custom packaging


• Load and unload pallets and boxes to and from trucks, as well as collecting empty pallets and carrying them to storage


• Pick appropriate ship kit material, according to order.


• Assist in weekly product inventory


• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks


• Scanning/filing production paperwork


• Receive incoming material


• Ship outgoing finished product

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older


• Ability to lift more than 30 pounds without assistance


• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time


• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods of time


• Willing and able to work at heights, using a mobile staircase


• Computer skills to be able to utilize an ERP system
