Job summary

Insight Global in Washington state is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory transfers in a high-volume operation. You will scan barcodes into ERP, verify paperwork, label and palletize orders, operate forklifts, and handle materials up to 60 lbs while adhering to safety and quality standards.

This role may require overtime, weekends, or holidays to meet fulfillment timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of shipping experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
• 1+ year of receiving experience.
• Experience with LTL, LCL, and air freight shipping methods.
• 1+ year of international shipping experience, including 3PLs and freight forwarders.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and leadership.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking processes.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, including PPE, forklift operation, and material handling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes and input data into ERP systems for inventory tracking.
• Sort and verify incoming and outgoing products against documentation.
• Label, package, and palletize orders for shipment accurately.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Transport materials (up to 60 lbs) and support general warehouse operations.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
• Support order fulfillment timelines, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
