Job summary

Aspen Systems, LLC is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our production team. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and work at heights as needed.

You will handle packing, loading/unloading, inventory, and shipping activities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include scanning and filing paperwork, receiving materials, and ensuring timely fulfillment of finished products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift 30 pounds or more.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch.
• Willing to work at heights using a mobile staircase.
• Computer skills to use an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished product using custom packaging.
• Load and unload pallets and boxes to/from trucks; move empties to storage.
• Pick ship kit material according to orders.
• Assist in weekly product inventory.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
• Scan/file production paperwork.
• Receive incoming material.
• Ship outgoing finished product.

Aspen Systems is currently looking for a Shipper/Receiver to join our production team. The right person for this role will be comfortable on their feet and eager to pitch in whenever/wherever extra help is needed. /

Objectives of this Role

• Handle materials in a safe and orderly manner


• Assist with the timely fulfillment and delivery of finished products


• Work with team members to meet set goals

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Pack finished product using custom packaging


• Load and unload pallets and boxes to and from trucks, as well as collecting empty pallets and carrying them to storage


• Pick appropriate ship kit material, according to order.


• Assist in weekly product inventory


• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks


• Scanning/filing production paperwork


• Receive incoming material


• Ship outgoing finished product

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older


• Ability to lift more than 30 pounds without assistance


• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time


• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods of time


• Willing and able to work at heights, using a mobile staircase


• Computer skills to be able to utilize an ERP system
