Job summary

Amazon Global Logistics is seeking a Shipper Performance Coach to drive improvements in shipper performance for vendors and sellers using Amazon Inbound Transportation. You will monitor data daily, identify root causes of defects, and coach shippers to elevate their performance while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead weekly calls, maintain logs, and respond to disruptions in real time, ensuring smooth inbound transportation.

Amazon Global Logistics (GL) Linehaul is seeking a Shipper Performance Coach to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who use Amazon Inbound Transportation. You will evaluate network shipper defects and drive improvement through coaching and performance management. This role involves creating and implementing recommendations to help shippers enhance their performance as Amazon continues to innovate in transportation and logistics.

A day in the life

As a Shipper Performance Coach, you will actively manage the performance of a portfolio of shippers. This involves closely monitoring their data, identifying areas for improvement, and working directly with them to implement solutions. You'll need to quickly adapt to changing conditions and find creative ways to overcome challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you'll interact with a wide range of stakeholders, teams, and partners daily.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Are 18 years of age or older

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
