Job summary

Amazon's Global Logistics team is looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Shipper Performance Coach to join our Shipper Support team. In this role, you'll help ensure freight moves smoothly into our fulfillment network by monitoring shipper performance, flagging transportation issues, and supporting vendors through established processes.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma (Required).
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Access, SQL) and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inbound freight data and flag disruptions such as missed pickups or delayed shipments.
• Follow procedures to support real-time transportation issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate daily logs on shipper accounts and performance trends.
• Participate in weekly calls with shippers to communicate performance updates.
• Assist with outreach to shippers regarding compliance concerns and escalate when needed.
• Compile and present routine performance data for team reviews.
• Support root cause identification for recurring transportation defects.
