Job summary

Amazon Global Logistics is seeking a Shipper Performance Coach to enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers, analyze network defects, and implement performance improvements across our inbound transportation network.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach shippers, and monitor performance metrics to drive scalable improvements that help Amazon deliver outstanding service to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
• 40 hours/week with overtime as required
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays
• 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Analyze shipper performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement coaching strategies for underperforming shippers
• Create actionable recommendations to enhance shipper efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practice adoption
• Manage performance metrics and report on progress to key stakeholders
