Job summary

Amazon's Global Logistics team seeks a detail‑oriented Shipper Performance Coach to monitor shipper performance, flag disruptions, and support vendors through established processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their logistics career who loves data, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and wants hands-on experience in supply chain operations.

You will engage with external partners, analyze freight data, and help ensure smooth inbound flows into our fulfillment network.

Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma.
Must work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
Are 18 years of age or older.
3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily inbound freight data and flag disruptions using dashboards.
Follow SOPs to resolve transportation issues in real time.
Maintain accurate daily logs on shipper accounts and performance trends.
Participate in weekly calls with shippers to communicate updates and standards.
Assist with outreach to shippers regarding compliance concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Compile and present routine performance data for team reviews.
Support root cause analysis for recurring transportation defects with data.
