Job summary

Amazon Global Logistics (GL) is seeking a Shipper Performance Coach to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who use Amazon Inbound Transportation. You will evaluate network shipper defects and drive improvement through coaching and performance management.

This role involves monitoring data, addressing transportation disruptions in real time, and leading calls with shippers to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with computers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Willingness to work 40 hours/week with potential overtime.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and present data daily.
• Address disruptions and barriers in real-time.
• Identify root causes of transportation defects.
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
• Lead daily business review stand-up calls.
