Amazon Global Logistics is hiring a Shipper Performance Coach to optimize the performance of our shipper partners. You will analyze performance data, design coaching plans, and drive improvements across the transportation network to elevate service quality for millions of customers worldwide.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, report on progress, and implement best practices to elevate shipper efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or vendor/partner management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends to support shipper partners across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Analyze shipper performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement coaching strategies for underperforming shippers.
• Create actionable recommendations to enhance shipper efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practice adoption.
