Amazon's Global Logistics team is seeking a Shipper Performance Coach to join Shipper Support in Tempe, AZ. You will monitor inbound freight performance, flag disruptions, and support vendors through established processes to keep freight moving into our fulfillment network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
• 18 years or older.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel/SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inbound freight data and flag disruptions using established tools and dashboards.
• Follow SOPs to support real-time transportation issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate daily logs on shipper accounts and document performance trends.
• Participate in weekly calls with shippers to communicate performance updates.
• Assist with outreach to shippers regarding compliance concerns and escalate when needed.
• Compile and present routine performance data to support team reviews.
• Assist in root cause identification for recurring transportation defects by data gathering.
