Job summary

Broan-NuTone in Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse associate to safely operate powered equipment, load/unload trailers, and use RF scanners to track product movements in the WMS. You will help with on-time order fulfillment and palletizing products.

Candidates should have basic math, reliable attendance, and the ability to work from heights up to 40 feet. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits within a safety-first culture.

• Must safely operate powered equipment to move product.
• Basic math skills required.
• Maintain acceptable attendance record.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PIV equipment to place and retrieve product from storage area and pick orders as instructed. Ensure accurate cycle counts are completed.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Use RF Scanner to accurately record product movement within Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Consolidate product via palletization method.
• Move trailers within yard and between buildings.
• Performs housekeeping duties such as sweeping for a clean and orderly work area.
• Ensures all duties are performed to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Follow direction from management to meet departmental needs.
• Meet minimum required performance standards
