Job summary

Broan-NuTone LLC is seeking a manufacturing team member to support our air-quality focused production facilities. You will operate lift trucks, move materials, stock production lines, and assist with dies and equipment maintenance.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and participation in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. A competitive benefits package accompanies a stable, full-time position at our US manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift truck to unload or load trucks and move raw and in-process material.
• Place components on racks or unload components from racks as needed.
• Count and repack components and supply production lines.
• Place and remove dies from various presses.
• Dump scrap and record weight into proper luger.
• Operate equipment including scales, overhead crane with attachments, coil tipper, scanners, PC and RF.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Perform 5S duties and participate in Continuous Improvement.
• Complete work assignments following established procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate lift truck to unload or load trucks and move both raw and in-process material to and from various manufacturing areas as instructed.
• Place components on racks or unload components from racks as needed.
• Count and repack components and supply production lines.
• Place and remove dies from various Presses.
• Dump scrap and record weight into proper luger.
• Operate various equipment including, weigh and count scales, overhead crane with attachments, coil tipper, scanners, PC and RF.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Perform 5S duties and participate in Continuous Improvement.
• Complete work assignments following established procedures.

Job Requirements

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift/carry 35 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
