We're hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Shipper / Receiver to join a stable, growing manufacturer with more than 40 years of industry experience. If you have shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience and enjoy keeping things organized and moving, this could be a great opportunity for you!

What Youll Do

• Pick, verify, package, and stage customer orders for shipment
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other shipping documents
• Coordinate parcel, LTL, expedited, and other freight shipments with carriers
• Track shipments, verify order accuracy, and help resolve delivery issues
• Assist with receiving, inventory, material handling, picking, and packing

What Were Looking For

• Previous shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify quantities, part numbers, and destinations
• Comfortable using computers, shipping software, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• International shipping, customs, and export documentation experience is highly preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and carry materials
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
