Job summary

LITTLE TREES in DeWitt, IA seeks a reliable Shipper to pick, label, and pull customer orders using RF Smart shipping programs while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include palletizing with an electric hand jack, reading orders, and ensuring accurate shipping documents. Overtime may be required based on demand. Benefits include a clean facility and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for 10 hours.
• RF Smart experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and palletize orders using an electric hand jack per customer specs.
• Label and pull orders with RF Smart shipping software.
• Fill out shipping documents accurately and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate UPS and FedEx systems for shipping.

Hours

Tuesday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Friday 5:30AM-4:00PM Overtime may be required based on demand.

Salary

$18.25 per hour, increasing to $19.75 within 6 months.

Summary

The Shipper is responsible for performing various tasks which include picking, labeling and pulling a customer order with the use of RF Smart shipping programs, correctly filling out shipping documents and maintaining inventory accuracy: requiring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, standard math skills and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Picking and palletizing orders operating an electric hand jack based on customer specifications
• Ability to read and understand customer orders
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and organization
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Accurately utilize shipping computer programs include the UPS and FedEx systems

Skills and Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand / walk for 10 hours
• RF Smart experience preferred
