DOTCOM COMPUTERS INC is seeking a dedicated Shipping Associate to ensure the smooth flow of goods from our facility. This full-time role offers steady hours, a team environment, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires experience in shipping, proficiency with shipping programs, and strong organizational abilities. Overtime may be available, and pay is based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar position.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Basic computer skills such as Word, Excel & Gmail.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues.
• Willing to cross-trained

Responsibilities

• Pick product, pack & ship for FedEx or UPS deliveries using in-house shipping programs as well as 3rd party tools.
• Proficient in shipping programs such as ShipWorks, ShipStation or WorldShip.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Ensure all orders are filled correctly and on-time delivery metrics are met while keeping shipping costs low.
• Correctly prepare shipping orders and labels.
• Assist in scheduling large shipment pickups.
• Cross-train and assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.

Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday - Overtime can be made available upon approval

Pay will be determined based on several factors including the candidate's work experience, job duties and certifications.
