Qualifications

• High school education, trade school, or equivalent, and related experience.
• Experience welding SMAW/Stick, GTAW/TIG, and GMAW/MIG.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, schematics or drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide welding support certified in SMAW, TIG, and MIG on plate or pipe.
• Use brazing or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Maintain shop safety and housekeeping.
• Store and maintain materials and equipment safely.
• Set up and operate hand and power tools used in welding.
