Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• All shipboard employees are pre-employment drug-tested.
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.
• Grooming standards restrict visible tattoos and piercings.
• Temporary employment up to 28 weeks aboard.

Responsabilités

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china and glassware.
• Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner.
• Acknowledge guests by name, escort to tables, present menus, and suggest dishes and wines.
