American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Waiters for the 2026 cruising season. You’ll work in our shipboard hotel and restaurant, providing outstanding hospitality and serving as a proud representative of our brand.

This temporary position runs up to 28 weeks aboard. Wages range from $1,000 to $1,400 per week, with travel, room and board, uniforms, and training covered. Applicants must be 18+ and able to pass pre-employment drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test is required.
• Grooming standards apply; tattoos and piercings limitations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour; arrange tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware.
• Attend to guests by name, escort to tables, present menus, and answer questions about items.
• Relay orders to galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring proper presentation.
