Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in theatrical environment with contract admin, company management, or HR.
• Experience with high-capacity travel logistics preferred.
• Strong MS Office and MAPS scheduling knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with crew, agents, port officials, and HR teams.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send all NCLH theatrical production offer letters; negotiate terms within policy.
• Schedule crew to rehearsal facilities and ship assignments; update MAPS with movements.
• Record and verify passport, visa, and medical documents for crew.
• Liaise with Travel and Deployment Administrators for logistics including flights, ground transport, and hotels.
• Generate visa letters, entry letters, and employment agreements for joining crew.
• Coordinate visa compliance procedures for international crew during rehearsals and embarkation.
• Assist crew with obtaining required visas and documentation as needed.
