Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional dance or directing experience.
• Strong knowledge of multiple dance styles and technical proficiency.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, inclusive culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, teach, and install all cast members for a Ship’s Production Program.
• Re-mount content for show productions, not creating new content.
• Review and maintain Stage Write blocking files as needed.
• Balance micro and macro aspects of show installation and setting.
• Attend weekly pre- and post-production meetings; contribute to scheduling.
