Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking a Shipboard HR Ops Specialist in Tampa to manage onboarding and deployment for shipboard theatrical production candidates. You will build offers, coordinate documentation, and ensure compliance with visa and medical requirements while liaising with Creative Studios by NCLH, Shipboard PX Operations, and hiring partners.

The role requires at least two years in a theatrical environment, strong MS Office and MAPS skills, and the ability to multitask and protect

Competenze

Minimum 2 years of experience in theatrical environment, contract administration, or HR-related roles.
Experience handling high-capacity travel logistics and complex scheduling.
Ability to manage confidential information and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

Build and send all theatrical production offer letters and assist with employment terms.
Schedule crew to rehearsal facilities and ship assignments; update MAPS with movements.
Record and verify all crew documentation (passport, visa, medical).
Coordinate with Travel and Deployment Administrators for joining crew (air, ground transport, hotel).
Generate employment documents (visa letters, entry letters, employment agreements).
Ensure visa compliance and liaise with licensing and documents admins; support onboarding.
