Job summary

Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Team Lead for Platform Modernization trades on shipboard installations. You will lead skilled trades teams on Shore Installations and Naval Vessels, coordinating upgrades and alterations to fleet modernization programs in the Hampton Roads area and beyond.

The role requires travel up to 75% when not on local tasking, with per diem provided and travel/logistics covered by the company. A U.S. citizen with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• High School education or trade school with 6 years Alteration Install Team experience.
• Experience leading teams and interfacing with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams for installations and repairs on active class ships to support fleet modernization.
• Oversee scheduling and assignment of tasks to multiple jobs to meet contract standards.
• Ensure safety, quality, and effective customer communication on all projects.
