Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level IT education or higher with hands-on shipboard IT experience
• Experience maintaining shipboard IT infrastructure including servers, PCs, and peripherals
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and disaster recovery

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 IT support to crew and guests aboard the ship
• Maintain and troubleshoot shipboard IT systems and peripherals
• Coordinate technician/vendor visits and ship passes for repairs
• Assist in Embarkation Unit setup and end-of-embarkation turnover procedures
• Document work in the helpdesk system and report issues to System Manager
